Eligible family members include parents, unmarried siblings under 18, and children of any age or marital status of individuals with T-Visas.

• Age-Dependent Eligibility: For victims under 21, eligible family members include their spouse, parents, unmarried siblings under 18, and unmarried children. For victims 21 or older, eligible family members are limited to their spouse and unmarried children under 21.
